My stay at Koten Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was great for exploring the nightlife in Barrio Palermo and being close to the national airport. However, the room was pretty subpar with a horrible mold smell and it was much smaller than what the pictures suggested. Although the night receptionist was really friendly and helpful, the lack of power for two days made the experience frustrating.
